WaterNSW

WaterNSW operates the state’s dams, capturing and storing water, and then supplying it ready for distribution – for the environment, agriculture, industry and the community. With 41 major dams and hundreds of waterways across the state, WaterNSW play a vital role at the source of the state’s water, delivering two thirds of all water used in NSW.

"The NRC were referred to our business at a time when we were in the market for a new support partner able to take on both the management of our emergency hotline and employee safety monitoring on a 24/7 basis. 

The NRC’s established experience in both was clear as we worked with them to mobilise services within their business. They were consultative, flexible and adaptive to our needs particularly around employee safety monitoring where we have the challenges of an often remote workforce with limited communications coverage.

The NRC understood one system doesn’t work for all locations and designed a blended employee safety solution that incorporated our existing satellite communications platform as well as the response centre’s call in service and mobile application TraXu. It is reassuring to both the business and employees that the NRC are checking in and following up with our teams at all times.
